Information can be obtained and registration for courses can be done directly on the website or by contacting SIMAC Training’s course secretary.
Once we have received the registration, the course participant will receive written confirmation from us. If the course requested is full, we will notify the person requesting registration immediately.
We send an invoice immediately after receiving the registration. The payment deadline is eight days net from receipt of the invoice.
If the course participant has to withdraw from a course, the cancellation must be done in writing by e-mail or post.
If the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the course starts, the entire course fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days before the course starts, we charge 50% of the course fee, and for cancellation less than 7 days before the course starts, the full course fee will be charged.
If a course participant is unable to take part in a given course, the person who booked the course may send someone else in his/her place at no extra charge. SIMAC Training’s course secretary must be notified of this no later than the day before the course starts.
Should a course certificate be lost or damage, we will gladly issue a new certificate. The price is DKK 500.00 per certificate.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, if not enough people register for it. We also reserve the right to change course dates if necessary.
During courses all participants are offered breakfast, lunch and coffee/tea with pastry in the afternoon.
